Yeah!!! I just found out that my sister, Mary, won her race this morning (for her age goup) and was the 7th girl overall!!! YEAH MARY!!!!

Today Tim and I are going to hike the Apex Trail in Golden. It is a 5.6 mile loop located in the foothills on the east face of Lookout Mountain. It has a 1,000 foot elevation gain in rocky terrain. It originated as a toll road during the Gold Rush. A wagon had to pay $.60 and each sheep passing the trail cost one penny.

This morning I went to pump and the pilates. Maddie and Tim stayed in bed and snuggled.

I needed to set this up so that I can make comments on Project Jag. But who knows....Maybe I will like it.
