- I ran my first mile in 10:04. Definitely the best yet.
- The weather is finally awesome.
- I am over the weird blah sickness I had for two days, which makes me think it is weather related.
- I moved up again to heavier weights today.
- Maddie has been extra snugly lately.
- The weather is supposed to be really great this weekend for the race.
- I think we are going to hit balls this evening!
The bad news:
- I don't feel 100% when I run in the afternoon after Pilates and Pump. I need to run before other activities.
- I didn't go the five miles I wanted today, I actually only walked/ran 3 miles. But I did it in 32:20.
- I am so nervous about the race on Saturday. I know I can go that far and I know i will be OK, but it all makes me nauseous.
So, for the record --
- Monday - Pilates
- Tuesday -- Tai Chi, Pilates, Pump, Run/Walk 32 min

I think it's OK if you don't feel 100% on all the runs. Just make sure the long runs are your only work out of that day. But if you're really feeling bad, then I guess you need to figure out why.
It's hard to do multiple workouts in a day and be 100%. Even at your tender age.
