Today I only had time to go to pilates. I am doing too much other stuff. I have a PFLAG Art Auction Committee meeting and a PEO meeting. I am leaving in 4 minutes for those.
Tomorrow is the first day of my real cardio training! I am committed ---
Mondays: Pilates, Cardio Crosstraining (Spin or Elliptical)
Tuesdays: Pilates, Weightlifting, 45 minute Run
Wednesday: Pilates, Cardio Crosstraining (Spin or Elliptical)
Thursdays: Pilates, Weightlifting, 45 minute Run
Fridays: Pilates, Cardio Crosstraining (Spin or Elliptical)
Saturdays: Pilates, Weightlifting
Sundays: Long Run

That's quite a plan!
It's OK to take a complete rest day once a week sometimes. Especially when your long runs get longer.

yay for the first day of cardio training! that is a really intense workout plan . . .
Well, I can honestly assume that I wont be able to do this every single week, so I think I will get a rest day worked in. I am just afraid if I plan one and then on another day I can't work out, I will end up with two. And that has to stop!
