Workout Review

Wednesday: Ride to Gym, Run 30, Ride Home
Thursday: Pilates, Pump
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Pump, Pilates, Golf

I have been taking it a bit easy on my workouts so I can be all ready for my race tomorrow. I wish I was running today! I am ready!

Today I have an early tee time for the league and then home for a light pasta dinner and early to sleep!
