- The dip and dash was 10 whole seconds faster the second time. The swim was MUCH better, but the run was slower. 95 degree heat is tough for running.
- Wednesday I mock bootcamped, pilate'd, had a golf lesson, etc...
- Thursday I mock bootcamped and rode my bike
- Friday I mock bootcamped
- Saturday I had a golf lesson and played in the league.
- Sunday I had a great bike ride at the Reservoir and then hit some balls.
- Monday I mock bootcamped and pilate'd, then I had meetings.
Today has been very good! Real Boot Camp started again. This time is it only three days a week. We did super fun stuff on the BOSU balls today and used little weights too.
Then I went to tai chi and pilates. Early this afternoon I met my friend and we again rode the route for the tri on Sunday at the res. It went faster today. About 50 min. But it was HOT. I really hope it is cool on Sunday. And the Sunday after too.

Smithville starts later oddly enough, but it's a much smaller field to get through, so the heat shouldn't be much of an issue.
I can almost guarantee that the sun will not beat down on you as it does in Denver.
